Week 91

Me and Linda went to see Gladiator 2 at the cinema on Saturday. We both thought it was really good. I think sometimes when sequels get made of older films they can be bad but in this case I think they did a great job. I never saw any trailers which made for a really enjoyable cinema experience.

After seeing the film we wandered around Haeundae stopping off at a café. We ate some delicious cookies, one was dark chocolate and the other was banana with chocolate flavored. We had them with some decaf coffee as it was the afternnon. Even though it's halveway through November we comfortably sat outside and I was in shorts!

When we left it was dark outside so we decided to walk back to Gwangan via Milak to see the Christmas lights. I didn't know there is an old railway line that runs through Haeundae that you can now walk on. It was nice walking along it in the dark.

We walked around cinema road in Marine City and saw really good views of the bridge and the lights. Then when we eventually got to Milak we walked through the lights which felt Christmassy.

There were these tents you could go in as well.

Lastly some seesaws to play on!

For dinner we went to Salmon Brothers, this was our second time here but, this time we got 3 dishes which was better. It was very good! When paying I asked them if they were brothers but he said they were just friends aha.

On Sunday afternoon we went to Citizen Park one of the few big parks in Busan but sadly it's too far to walk from where I live. We took our mat and blanket and laid down on the field but it was a bit too cold and blowy to stay long. I found it nice that so many families were there playing games and having a good time. If we come back again in the winter I think it would be best to just walk around with a hot drink.
